If you’re a solo-propvestor, this post is for you

Property investors riding solo? It's confession time. I'll go first.

I get stuck in my head, have repetitive thoughts and often can't see a clear path for my business. ⁣

I talk to myself but she’s bored now and doesn’t listen.⁣

See I'm good at some things, but not everything. I embrace a few things yet I procrastinate on others. The mind chatter is on repeat.⁣

Do you also feel like this?

Confession #2 - I often feel envious of 'property couples' and all that mutual bouncing of ideas, complimenting each other's skillsets, accountability, high-fiving each other with every win and 10x-ing their business' superpotentiality.⁣

Woah.. enough is enough!! ⁣

After too much self-flagulation and ‘what’s wrong with me?’ moments I bit the bullet and found a very close second to the idyllic partnership above…⁣

I hired different specialists to help bring me different perspectives. A bookkeeping VA, a content coach, a systems specialist - (and soon some marketing support - know anyone?!). ⁣

Ok it takes courage, trust and letting go of the inner micro-manager... but really what other option is there? Business failure? Self combustion? There's really little benefit to trying to do it all. ⁣

If you're also tired of telling yourself the same old story, feeling the same overwhelm, procrastinating on draining but important things, stop being a bottleneck and build a team! ⁣

For our property investor clients, in our Beam Virtual Property Support team we have property management experts, we have resi lettings whizzes. We have architectural design pros. ⁣

Plus we are all admin aficionados and much more, and we're ready to bring our own knowledge and ideas to add a little magic to your business 💫

Does this resonate? What did you do to get you out of the ‘washing machine’ repetitive mindset? Let me know in the comments below.
