  • Jane Scroggs Founder Beam Property Virtual Assistants

    Jane


    Beam was founded by Jane back in May 2020 following a 15 year career in property.

    8 of those years were spent as an executive assistant for the CEO of listed commercial and residential property funds, followed by PA roles in the mortgage industry and Investor Relations Manager for a London resi developer.

    A landlord herself, Jane also co-founded and ran the operations for Podville, a unique office concept created from upcycled shipping containers. The first development was launched in Bristol in 2018.

  • Stacey


    There's little about property Stacey doesn't know! She has her own BTL portfolio, once built her own house and her own SA business.

    Her knowledge spans planning, funding, conveyancing, development, lettings and operations.

    Stacey really enjoys working with our landlord clients to audit their portfolios, set up their systems & processes and then manage their lettings.

    Emily is our systems and processes ninja. She strips away the unnecessary steps in our clients’ operations as quickly as possible for smarter working.

    With a long career in lettings before becoming a virtual assistant 3 years ago, Emily had worked her way up to head of residential property management for a national agency, responsible for compliance, implementing systems, improving processes and increasing revenue.

    Her superpowers?

    Knowledge of residential lettings legislation, System and processes optimisation.

    A true admin angel with a warm personality, she loves to take clients’ portfolios and tenants under her wing and quickly get them running smoothly and compliantly.

    Karen spent the first part of her career as a corporate PA before becoming a virtual assistant 5 years ago. Her first VA client tasked her with managing a portfolio of 50 properties, and that's when her love for property management began.

    As a Fellow of ARLA Propertymark, the pinnacle of membership & qualifications in lettings & property management, Tracy has incredible knowledge around landlord and tenancy law and legislation.

    Prior to being an independent lettings consultant, Tracy spent 25 years in lettings, and as a Lettings Manager she ran fast-paced offices, implemented and maintained legal compliance, administration processes, contractual duties and staff training.

    Melissa’s expertise over the last 15 years in property covers both residential and commercial, including block management and service charge. She supports our developer clients with their mixed portfolios, helping them navigate through the purchase, development and sale/lettings cycle.

    Agility & multitasking- Melissa easily embraces new responsibilities and challenges, and enjoys the variety that being a VA brings.

    Natalie is a landlord of her own BTL portfolio and is currently self-building her second home - she brings this valuable knowledge and understanding to her client work.

    Before becoming a property VA a decade ago, Judith worked in customer service roles and spent 17 years as an NHS nurse, giving her valuable organisational, multitasking and people skills.

    A true executive assistant and excellent ‘gatekeeper’, she has a very high level of property knowledge gained from running her own property services business, working as a portfolio manager for a property investment company and as head of completions in the affordable homes sector.

    With a 6-year stint as a lettings manager for an independent agency, and a long career in finance and payroll, Amie completely understands the complexities of being a landlord and managing cashflow, income and expenditure efficiently to stay profitable.
