Me, myself and I

Property investing can feel VERY lonely at times.⁣

You’re spinning lots of plates, singlehandedly⁣.
Making important decisions, alone, daily.⁣
Everything rests on your shoulders. ⁣

You’re not sure if you’re doing the right thing,⁣
With no workmates to tell you ‘Yes, you’re a genius! / No, that’s crazy!’⁣

There’s no-one to discuss ideas and get creative with, ⁣
To kick-start those creative ideas in motion.⁣

No one to hold you accountable.⁣
Or to celebrate your wins.⁣

You chat to the nice lady who works at Screwfix, ⁣
And you see your build team 3 times per week. ⁣

But you go home every evening feeling unsupported, and you remember all the things you hoped you’d get done that day, but didn’t. ⁣

When I started Beam, I wanted our clients to have connection and rapport with a trusted sidekick, a safe and supporting pair of hands who’ll organise them and hold them accountable, and listen to and action their creative ideas. ⁣

If you're a solo-property investor trying to juggle everything on your own, what do you do to keep connected? Have you built a team around you?
