Even if you are a fast learner - we only work with VAs and agency professionals who have lettings / property management experience and who are based in either the UK or South Africa. Our clients expect us to come to each role with the relevant experience, not just training or a desire to learn.

Applicants must have:
At least 2 years recent experience in a UK lettings agency, or a South African Property Management role, or a combination of both.
Minimum of 1 hour per working day available for client work, the ability to check messages / check platforms / make & receive calls with tenants/contractors throughout UK working hours.
Able to commit to a long term client relationship - not looking for a temporary position between salaried roles.
An office set-up suitable for home working - a computer with minimum i5 processor speed, strong, reliable internet with 100mbs in and out, back up power for loadshedding.
