Beam was founded by Jane back in May 2020 following a 15 year career in property.

8 of those years were spent as an executive assistant for the CEO of listed commercial and residential property funds, followed by PA roles in the mortgage industry and Investor Relations Manager for a London resi developer.

A landlord herself, Jane also co-founded and ran the operations for Podville, a unique office concept created from upcycled shipping containers. The first development was launched in Bristol in 2018.

Taran built a successful career in sales and sales leadership until leaving the corporate world to work within the startup ecosystem as a mentor. Over the last 10 years he has written two books and been behind several startups. Taran looks after our sales pipeline and commercial partnerships.

With a 20 year career in lettings, property & project management, including setting up a property management office in Central London from scratch, Ellie has a vast knowledge of the industry and works with Beam’s clients on agency operations and set-up, as well as lettings and property management.
